Terms of Sale

Digital Images

Upon placing your order, you have 14 days to cancel your order for any reason, however, once images from a digital order have been downloaded, you waive the right to cancel your order and no refunds will be given.

Digital files are sold as a social media optimised image (max resolution is 1920px on the long side), that can be used in accordance with our digital image licence agreement. Images are automatically sent to you via email (please ensure the correct email address is used at checkout) upon completion of the ordering process. If you do not receive your download email, please check your junk mail folder before contacting us. You can then download and save your images to your device.

Digital downloads are not entitled to a refund once downloaded, so please ensure you have chosen the correct images, before placing your.

Physical Products

If you have ordered a print, this will be sent directly to you, so please ensure you have used the correct postage address when ordering.

Order Cancellations

Upon placing your order, you have 14 days to cancel your order for any reason, however, once images from a digital order have been downloaded, you waive the right to cancel your order and no refunds will be given.

For printed orders, once the images have been printed, you can no longer cancel your order, and you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Please contact us immediately, if you need to cancel your print order.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

If upon receiving your order, if it arrives damaged or in poor condition, please send us an image of the damage/incorrect item to jo@lifeinraw.photos. Please include your full name, order ID and a description of the problem. You must send the request within 14 days of receipt of your prints. Once we have received your request, we will get a replacement print sent to you asap.

Other Returns

Please note that as prints are made to order, you are not entitled to a refund because you do not like it or have ordered the wrong size. We are not able to resell any prints, and because of this we can only accept refunds on products that are damaged or faulty.

Digital Image Licence Agreement

Upon placing your order, you have 14 days to cancel your order for any reason, however, once images from a digital order have been downloaded, you waive the right to cancel your order and no refunds will be given.

By purchasing any of our digital image files, you agree to use the images as stated in this agreement. Life in RAW and Jo Heard, retains the copyright of all images, none can be copied, used or published for commercial purposes, without the express permission of Life in RAW or Jo Heard.

All files are sold for PERSONAL USE only and are sold as a social media sized image. These images are optimized for use online and are not print quality. If you intend to print your images, you can purchase a print quality file for £15 per image, please contact us via email to discuss this further. Images can be used online on personal social media accounts and websites. We ask that you do not heavily crop or add filters to images shared on social media.

No images can be captured via a screenshot from our website, anyone seen to be sharing screenshots of images from our website will be sent an invoice for £100 per use of a stolen image and action taken to remove the offending image from your social media account. We also ask that you do not add any filters to the images when sharing online.

Permitted uses:

·       Displayed on personal websites and social media accounts

Prohibited uses:
Digital files may not be:

·       Resold, redistributed, relicensed or sublicensed

·       Submitted into competitions, giveaways or magazines (print or digital) e.g. facebook giveaways or magazine submissions

·       Printed – files are optimised for social media use only, if you want a print of your image, you can order one via our website or purchase a print quality file for £15 per image.

·       Incorporate media into trademarks or logos

·       Used for commercial purposes
