I spend a lot of time making sure I get the best images possible on the day of the uplift. Please do not screenshot any of my images, anyone seen to be using our images without purchase, will be fined a minium £100 per use per image.
I placed an order but have not received a download link, where is my order?
Please check your junk mail folder, it is likely that the email with the download links has arrived there. If it is not there, please contact me as you may have misspelt your email address (this actually happens more often than you think).
How much are your digital images?
Digital images for use on social media are priced at £5 for a single image, £9 for 2 images and £13 for 3 images. For higher resolution images suitable for printing images are priced at £10 per image, please contact us if you would like a high resolution image.
When will the uplift photos go live?
When I am photographing at Revolution Bike Park, photos will be uploaded the same day (where possible). Check out myinstagrampage for news of when they go live.
What can I do with my photo?
All photos from uplift days are sized 1920px X 1080px for social media use, this is to save space on hard drives and speeds up our export and upload times, meaning photos can be delivered the same day as the uplift. If you require a larger image size or are looking to print your images, high resolution files can be purchased separately. Photos may not be submitted to magazines or entered into any competitions without prior consent.
How will I know if you were photographing?
If I was taking photos on the day that you were at Revolution Bike Park, there will be a location board on display in the window of the shelter next to the uplift as well as business cards available in the burger van, photos will also be uploaded on the same day. Keep an eye on my instagram page for news of when they go live.
There may be times when I am on site at the bike park but not publicly photographing, if this is the case the location board or business cards will not be out on display. Please do not email in regard to if I was photographing, if I was taking photos of the uplift day, photos will be available to purchase the same day, and you will be updated via my instagram page. I will not respond to emails or DM's asking if I was photographing at the park as I do not have time to respond to these messages.
I thought there would be more photos of me, are there any that you have not uploaded?
I take many photos on an uplift day, and not all make in onto this website. I only upload images that I am happy with. When riding past me, I may be focusing on a different feature that you are not going over. Also, if you are riding in big trains this makes it very hard to get a great photo of you, to ensure you get the best images of yourself, please leave a large gap between yourself and the rider in front.
How will I know what tracks you are photographing on?
If I am photographing at Revolution Bike Park, there will be a location board on display in the window of the shelter next to the uplift. Here I will let you know what track I will be on and rough times at each location. The day is split in 2 with 3 locations in the morning and 3 more in the afternoon. I choose a variety of tracks and features to photograph on in order to capture as many riders and abilities as possible. In general the first 2 locations in the morning will be on red tacks.
